Pick a Petal - BOM 2024 - Introduction and Fabric Requirements | Coloring Page

The Introduction and Fabric Requirements, along with a coloring page for, Pick a Petal, the 2024 Block of the Month by Jen Kingwell, are available here under the Patterns/Documents Tab.

Approx 72" square.

Each month the patterns will be posted on the site and Barbara Black will post to her blog additional information to support the creation of the quilt. In addition to this, Barbara will be hosting monthly Facebook LIVE / YouTube LIVE videos with helpful information for successfully creating the quilt. Those videos will be found where appropriate in this classroom.

The Forum will have tips from other TQS members making this quilt and posting their progress. Be sure to download and print the patterns each month - even if you are not making the quilt.

Pick a Petal  patterns are available to all Star Members and will only be available on theThe Quilt Show site through 2024. After that, no pattern downloads will be available.

Is it possible to save and send us the templates as a jpg or svg so that we can cut them out via out die cut machines? That would be a huge help for those of us that have not been able to purchase them since they are out of stock. I would love...

Is it possible to save and send us the templates as a jpg or svg so that we can cut them out via out die cut machines? That would be a huge help for those of us that have not been able to purchase them since they are out of stock. I would love to get started however I am not comfortable in trusting my "homemade" templates. Thank You!

Question concerning printing template page. I have tried every way I can to get the template page printed correctly. Ive printed at 100% and at several other settings and it either prints too small or if at 100% the bottom of the 1" block...

Question concerning printing template page. I have tried every way I can to get the template page printed correctly. Ive printed at 100% and at several other settings and it either prints too small or if at 100% the bottom of the 1" block prints off the bottom of the page of my 8x11 1/2" sheet. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do? Also will the templates be available again?

I have received my fabric kit and the templates. I have made a sample of each block with my own fabrics. I am definitely going to starch all my fabrics first to keep the small pieces from raveling, as I am hand sewing them. I took a class from...

I have received my fabric kit and the templates. I have made a sample of each block with my own fabrics. I am definitely going to starch all my fabrics first to keep the small pieces from raveling, as I am hand sewing them. I took a class from Jen Kingwell. She likes Best Press. I like to hang fabric on the clothesline and starch heavily on a sunny day. The acrylic templates with matching dots for the seams makes each block fit together beautifully. I can't wait to get started!
