I took so many short cuts on this quilt. I used my nine inch accu quilt cutter, to make sure my block pieces were cut as evenly as possible. I used the flying geese method as opposed to so many half square triangles. One the July block, I used red and blue fabrics with a white star in the center. on the October block, I altered the center a little bit and made a jack-o-lantern. The December block I did in red and greens, and altered the center to have a gold star. Dee you have taught me so many tricks in all of the other quilts I have made with you, that helped this quilt to be one of my most accurate ever. I want to thank you over and over for your willingness to share your talents to help us increase my quilting ability. If I were to do this quilt again and used Kona blocks, I would take time to
Terial Magic each charm to make it easier for me to handle.

I'm pretty excited about this project and classes. I love ALL the delicious Kona solid colors and know this will be so enjoyable to sew up. Plus, who could resist all those adorable packets of charm square?? What a great way to begin 2025.
