Ricky Tims' - Primitive Rail Fence Quilt

Make your own updated version of the traditional Rail Fence block in this quick and fun pattern designed by Ricky Tims. Ricky demonstrates how he "rips" the strips of fabric he needs to create strip sets and then cuts and pieces them to create the quilt top.
