Mastectomy Pillow Pattern - Shannon Fabrics

OUTSTANDING ... thank you for creating & posting this pattern.
Back in January after reading about Alex's diagnosis ... I reached out to the Quilt Show staff via an email encouraging them to offer an easy 12" Heart pillow to their world of readers. I explained the HUGE impact a similar pillow had on my breast cancer recovery and how it motivated me to rip apart my pillow in order to create a pattern. Together a small group of my art quilting group buddies happily made over 500 pillows over a two year period of time) to hand out to all new intakes at Kaiser Hospital in Santa Rosa, California. I'm so happy that anyone around the world that the "Quilt Show" touches can now easily plug into an alternative charity effort to help others.
