Hi there, is the pattern for the mariners compass posted somewhere else? I can't seem to find it.

I am confused the written instructions says that the Mariners Compass should be 14 inches but on the blog it should be 14 1/2 inches can you please clarify - Thanks

Can someone please help me with the finished size of the Mariners Compass. Before I started the roads I thought I would measure the Mariners Compass. Once sewn together mine is 13 1/5", and I heard Barbara say it should be finished at 14 1/5". ...

Can someone please help me with the finished size of the Mariners Compass. Before I started the roads I thought I would measure the Mariners Compass. Once sewn together mine is 13 1/5", and I heard Barbara say it should be finished at 14 1/5". I tried this twice with the same results. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Shirley, are you certain your printer is printing the pattern to the correct scale. If its off even a bit (check the 1" square) it could be throwing off your compass block size. Barb is correct with the finished size being 14.5" - currently...

Barb is correct with the finished size being 14.5" - currently working on mine plus I've measured the paper pattern, and that what it should be.
