I too have a mug rug to share today. I received this beauty in the post a few days ago from Nancy. It is so lovely. Look at that musical fabric! I love the movement in it - it must be doing a Kerry Polka. It is beautifully and perfectly executed Nancy thank you so much. I also received some goodies. This was an very unexpected parcel so I am doubly delighted.
Don't worry, I will find good homes for all those wonderful goodies Nancy. Happy dancing.

Do you like the beautiful writing on the label?? With my nose to it while writing I was feeling really proud because it felt so straight! Then I stepped back....
Guess I need to draw guide lines, but I'm so excited when I get to that point that I always make the mistake of thinking I can wing it! At least it's just the back!

Nancy I can't figure out how you did the back of that hexie. I like it! I would like to know how. I love to give away those hexie blocks. Great way to play with the stash!

Beautiful muggies, Toni and Robyn. Love the polka dots in both of them. And thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea that was in my packet too.
And Nancy too. Hexies are such wonderful little blocks and offer a great variety of movement. Guess I need to give the pieced/split ones a try one of these days. I, too, would love to know how you finished the back like that.

Are you at home tomorrow?? Even though I'm a member of the union, I cannot support the teachers tomorrow because my contract states I'm 'Support', so my employer could take disciplinary action if I don't turn up for work in the morning, even though the school is closed to students. Rolling eyes..... A whole day of boring admin. stuff.
I'm not in the union, and will be in work, I haven't heard that my school is closing for today, but I do have Izzy home for company. CBBes is even worse now she has supposedly grown out of it  I had better start cracking the whip and getting her to do all outstanding homework....
