You are right Maureen, It is amazing!! You and your crew did an awesome job setting it all up.

So glad you had a wonderful time, so many beautiful quilts to see and fantastic time spent together! Wish you a safe trip home, except Wendy, who's already hugged her chooks. Thank you Maureen for such a memorable experience and Lorna, in advance, for getting our quilts back to those of us in CONUS whenever you can. This has been a great journey! I'm very grateful for the experience!

No Maureen the M 8 was coned off at the airport. We went Paisley, East Kilbride and Hamilton but there was a motorway we went both ways and roads were renumbered or not there plus you understand what my navigators are like.
Here's Maureen's quilt for those who haven't seen it by other means, perhaps someone has a better picture showing detail

Stunning best of show!

They were over24" ins Sue and under40 something. I know that because Maureen made me add 1/4" and Rita had to slice some off.Originally posted by suehenyon
How big are the quilts? Am I right in that you only saw the one quilt ahead of you? It's just stunning.
Thanks for explaining Limbania I loved it.

Marilyn, I go through that roundabout every day going to the studio so it was very apt that you put your geese on your quilt. The geese are the symbol of the National Park.Originally posted by idaho
Wow ! So that's where those geese came from, Lorna !! Plum amazing !! Thanks for taking that photo !
