Wendy, thanks for offering to post my quilt back to me, you are very kind. Safe journey back home all of you and a good rest after it all as I would imagine that you are all exhausted - especially you Maureen! Congratulations on a successful quilt show and I hope it went out with a bang!

Lorna. there are 22 groups all together and we had to change the way we were going to display them as there was just too many quilts to go into a certain space. They have spilled over from the church hall into the church itself and look terrific. Ours are in the church just before you go into the corridor to the church hall. You all will be amazed at the difference of all the groups.

You are right Maureen, It is amazing!! You and your crew did an awesome job setting it all up.

Was there an accident? Had you to drive through Glasgow again? At that time of the morning there probably wouldn't have been much traffic.

Do these geese look familiar? I think they look just like the geese on your quilt! It is a sculpture in the middle of a round about here in Loch Lomond.

No Maureen the M 8 was coned off at the airport. We went Paisley, East Kilbride and Hamilton but there was a motorway we went both ways and roads were renumbered or not there plus you understand what my navigators are like. :roll: :lol:

How big are the quilts? Am I right in that you only saw the one quilt ahead of you? It's just stunning.

They were over24" ins Sue and under40 something. I know that because Maureen made me add 1/4" and Rita had to slice some off.

Marilyn, I go through that roundabout every day going to the studio so it was very apt that you put your geese on your quilt. The geese are the symbol of the National Park.
