Rats!! I already have a dinner that night with my Bee. I am going to see if we can have an area on the third floor outside the Ballroom where TQS members can meet throughout the week during downtime and lunch hour. I am in classes Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat - Thurs I shop
I live just a few blocks from the GRB, so if anyone wants directions anywhere, good food suggestions, etc. just send me a note.
Looking forward to meeting all who are coming

Right on!, Margo! Barb, you MUST come to the TQS reunion dinner! I'll bet your Bee Buddies will understand completely and encourage you to go too! Think about it!Originally posted by MargoBarb, maybe your bee group will understand that you would like to meet people from around the world on Thursday that you don't get to see on a regular basis????
Hugs,
Shirley

I am getting excited!!!
My DH has been off chemo for about a month now, in an effort to let his body recover and try to regain some strength. He is feeling so much better than he has in months that he's encouraging me to make plans for Houston!! I'M GETTING EXCITED!!
I'm lining up people to check on him while I'm gone, but if he keeps continuing to improve, I'll be heading that way!!
WHOO-HOO!!
I've registered for the awards presentation on Tuesday night and Ricky's concert Saturday night, but other than that, I'm just looking forward to visiting with our TQS family, and especially dinner on Thursday night! Oh yeah....and to see some quilts and do a little retail therapy to stimulate the economy, doncha know!!
