          Carole, I got weighed yesterday, and have now lost exactly 9 stone. According to the gorgeous Keith that's 9 bowling balls. Giggle........ I intend to slowly and steadily go a bit further and reach 10 stone at Easter. I have a money box and pop in one pound for every pound that goes away. When I'm happy with where I am I intend to smash the box and go fabric shopping.

                              Can't believe all the amazing things that happen on this thread. Beside all the mugs, we get to see the new Lorchen and graddaughters in all their beauty. Absolutely gorgeous!
