Carole, I got weighed yesterday, and have now lost exactly 9 stone. According to the gorgeous Keith that's 9 bowling balls. Giggle........ I intend to slowly and steadily go a bit further and reach 10 stone at Easter. I have a money box and pop in one pound for every pound that goes away. When I'm happy with where I am I intend to smash the box and go fabric shopping.
