Yep! Red for me too - it draws the eye towards the centre of the quilt. But they are all beautiful and well done. Rita.

Thanks for all the input. The floral not only has all he different colors of the HST, but it also has birds and nests. I was also leaning towards the red, but the problem with it is that one is actually a EQ7 fabric and I will have to shop for something close to it. That doesn't always workout well for me, but I'll give it a shot. My second favorite is with the green, though it's a close race. The other thing I was thinking is with the small border for the floral won't show much of the pattern in a 2" strip. But I do have enough to use it on the back so....I could always turn it over to look at the birds.

The EQ fabrics are scans of existing fabrics! If you click on "Fabric Library" and just hover your mouse over the fabric swatches, it will tell you what the fabric is! You can try to find it on-line, or ask your LQS to order it for you!

Karen, I love the 'inspectors' you have checking out your beautiful quilt. It appears as if one is looking at the back while the other is checking the front.

Lovely Karen. I love the way the flying geese create an optical illusion! The cats are nice too.

Here are the stars for the corners of my quilt. The larger star for the center is on the design wall. There are 144 pieces to sew together. I hope to finish it this week. And I only have 14 strip sets to go. By getting up an hour earlier I've been able to sew 3 strip sets a day so should finish those this week too. And I'm still getting plenty of sleep. I quit setting my alarm clock as I was just hitting the snooze button too many times and it didn't get me up. So I'm mostly waking up on my own. Being motivated to get things done helps too!
