Anyone interested in seeing what about half of 187,860 HSTs in 471 packages looks like...here's a couple of pics!
Those on the floor are waiting to be sorted into those infamous trash bags, some of which are already being filled on the bed. The other half is in my other bedroom...no guests in this house for a few weeks  !!

Sue
It is a double bed. No floorboard problems because I have a one-story house, so we're on the slab. I'm not going to think about the post office at al right nowl...that will scramble my brains a little too much  !

I am away from home at present
Can you post to let me know if these have been received.
Your package did arrive today and I sent you an email letting you know. Please be sure to check my email when you can because I wrote that you'll need more PP postage to return as many as you sent.

Hi ---just wondering what the 'infamous trash bags' are about? I thought I've been keeping pretty much up-to-date on this forum, but somehow must have missed the trash bag idea? I DO trust you, Debbie, but hope they don't happen to get mixed up with the real trash. (Like someone I heard of stored her quilt in a trash bag and her DH put it inthe goodwill pile, and it was gone! )- lesson we learned is not to store anything precious in a trash bag.

Wow, I love reading all the posts on here, on the weekends after a busy day at work. I love the community that we have become... and agree with all the others we should soo keep the exchanges coming to continue to build on the friendships and the scrap quilt ideal that this is just inspiring.

Some of you may have seen a couple of my posts about the Christchurch earthquake here in New Zealand and how my brother-in-laws' sister Jane has been missing in the rubble of the CTV building since the quake on Feb 22nd. Last week they found her body and she will be buried on Monday. she leaves a husband and 2 children behind, but at last they have closure and can continue to grieve and move on with their lives.
I can't wait to get my triangles back and see what I can do with them! Thanks ladies for doing so much work for this, I hope you choose the prettiest triangles for yourselves!! xx Sue
Cybersue:
My heart and prayers go out to your family on this tragic loss. With so much devastation going on this year (and we're only at the end of March) the good Lord is very busy collecting all the prayers being sent. May your family find solace and peace.
God bless one and all.
