Just uploaded all the rest of my BOM's. I won't get started on my July block for a while as I'm working on Monograming letters for towels for Christmas presents. But will take time along the way to do the July block. Nan

Nan, awesome blocks! Are those sequins or beads or crystals or what? They are fantastic!

Hi everyone...My little berries are Swarovski Crystals. Didn't want to try sewing around any more of the little devils. Of course this let me have an excuse to buy a Hot fix applicator and some pretty crystals. I usually order on the internet as our little town of Massena has limited supplies. I could travel 35 miles and maybe find some, but it is easier to order on line for just a few items, especially with gas prices. Thanks to everyone for the compliments.

Marge, Love your color choices! I would not have thought of that blue for the smallest circles, but it looks great!!!

I'm nearly finished with July. The large circles are glued in place and I will stitch them on in the morning (as it's 9:40 now). I plan to try Heidi's idea for the small berries...using part of a decorative stitch. I have a new Bernina and am not sure of the procedure, but will try it out at home, then when I go to Bernina class in the evening I will ask (if it doesn't work). I like this block, and am now trying to figure out which one is August...second row, right hand side? It's fun trying to figure out each month ahead of time by the fabric requirements.

You all are amazing! I love looking at the blocks that everyone has posted; they are too pretty for words, with their unique colorations. I really do hope that everyone will try to make it to a TQS taping session in LaVeta next year - TQS will never be the same!

Well, my July block is in my profile, taking the place of January. I took a photo of the first six blocks and put it in my profile in the first line...took the place of one of the first I uploaded. I ended up using Heidi's idea. I took part of one of my decorative stitches and made the tiny "berries" at tne ends of the heart flowers. It worked well on my new Bernina 430 and I was very pleased.
