Oh, Robin, blue and yellow/gold is one of my favourite colour combinations and that border fabric is beautiful. What an amazing variety of absolutely stunning quilts there will be at the end of the year with so many different fabric and colour combinations. THis is so exciting to watch!!

Robin -- Beautiful fabrics and I LOVE that striped fabric. Is that a Jinny Beyer one?

Thanks Pam and JoJo. I'm really excited about getting started! JoJo, the striped fabric is from the new Adelaide line by Michele Hill -- she bases her designs on William Morris designs. Here's where you can see the whole line: http://www.inthebeginningfabrics.com...product=adlade -- it's all wonderful.

Robin, your fabric choices are wonderful! I too, really like the stripe fabric. Very elegant! You have a wonderful, blending variety there. Are we all going to have fun or what?!?!

            Robin,
I'm sure you could hear my gasp of delight when I just looked at the photo of your fabric. That stripe is over the top! Oh, I haven't chosen anything yet ops:  I've got too much going on right now. Count on it, though-I'll be burrowing into my stash very, very soon.

Hi there! I've been eargerly watching everyone's 2011 BOM ideas. So I thought I'd share mine. I'm not much for applique so I'll be doing something different. For some reason I HAD to buy a lot of greens lately, even before I saw the 2011 BOM. Well, I've looked through my stash, purchased a few more fabrics and have come up with my palette. My quilt will be tree themed. What do you think?
