        Hooray! Success at last ! And terrific Hexies ! I really like that mini...I'm going to try your method
        but I will have to hand cut some paper as I don't have a Go cutter. ( Oh, Santa..... :whistle: ) It really
        sounds like it would speed the process. Keep up the good work !

            Oh Judith It was worth the wait! I want to come have a cuppa and stitch along with you. I'm so sorry your mum's quilt is gone.

            Esther Aliu http://estheraliu.blogspot.com/ who does beautiful applique uses that foundation I think, I've been meaning to give it a try. I've always done the starch and press applique method but am willing to try something else if it works as well

            Here are two more rosettes from my La Passacaglia quilt from Millefiori Quilts by Willyne Hammerstein
            There are nine rosettes in this configuration. I think when these are finished I'll do a couple tiny ones from the edges!



            I've also completed step two of Bonnie Hunter's mystery. Fast but I'm only doing a quarter size
