Well, it's up to Rita if she decides to send a 'Rita' to me in time for FOQ. I could see to it that she meets Patti Hempen, Dawn Cameron-Dick, and some TQS Babes.

Hey Flat Rita! Do you want to go to Eli's birthday party in August?

Can Flat Rita be cloned and go to more than one place at a time?

I thought about that and can't decide. If there's just one, she won't get around very quickly. But if there are too many then she loses her significance. What do you think?

I'm shutting down my computer now to pack up for Long Beach. Don't know if I'll be on down there so I might not see the discussion until next week. I'm hoping to get on to give updates of her travels daily, but it will depend on whether we have wireless and how busy we are doing other things. So, please don't be upset if I don't get back to you until next week.

I was posting the same reply when Lorchen's comment came up. One per continent would allow folks to send Flat Rita to the next destination without too much delay. Happy birthday again and have a great time, Nancy.

Does Flat Rita have a quilt to travel with? Back in the day when my granddaughter was doing the Flat Stanley with her school, I made him a quilt (and a name badge- since we live in a senior's park where we are supposed to wear name badges everywhere- we may forget who we are!! LOL) Then I took him to Mexico and to many activities that we did on a regular basis. He came back home with the quilt and the most adventures. If you need someone to make Rita a quilt, let me know her size and I will make sure she is always warm on her travels (even if there are one for each continent.) Love to do these silly things since I have too many quilts in my possession now and way too much stash!!!!!!! Hugs, Ann
