Rachel, I'm so sorry for your friends. They sound like they are people who know how to love to be able to have presence of mind to allow the organ donations at this hard time. I hope they find lots of comfort in the days ahead.

Lisa, Your mom's surgery may be over by now, but I'm praying for a good outcome and speedy recovery.

Thanks for the prayers- my moms surgery went well. A little more extensive than they expected and while we are still waiting on the pathology report the doctor said she did not expect anything to come back abnormal. So, while not official yet, it looks like there is probably no cancer.

Please pray for MargaritaW. She is my mom. I just got off the phone with my sis, the nurse. Mom got up this morning and was really weak. Her blood pressure was on the high side so my sister told my dad to take her to the ER. The last I heard, they were taking her for a CAT scan. When I know more, I'll post.

Thank you all for praying for my friend and her family she is holding up like a trooper. The lord has given her strength that is unbelievable. I do want you all to know about another little prayer answered My Aunt Sue has been battling cancer for the past year. They removed a lung, her breast, and did a historectomy. Last year they told her that it wasn't optomistic. She refused to believe them. Anyway thursday she was told that there was no sign of cancer in her body. She is still going to have to go back every so often to make sure but YEA :!: :!: :!:
Oh and one more little thing there is a possibility that my DH and I might be able to adopt my cousins baby. A small possibility, but one none the less. PLEASE :!: :!: :!: I would really love to have another baby but my body can't carry one. So if you would just pray for God to put this baby in the right home, Hopefully it will be mine. Ritzy the little girl sounds like a fighter. It takes a lot of guts to jump. I don't know to what degree her burns are but you bet I will pray for her will you please tell me her first name. I hate generic prayers, especially ones of that magnatude.
Happy I will pray your sisters hubby enjoys his time off while looks for another job.

I heard back from my sis around 3. Mom's tests were inconclusive. They were waiting for the docs to decide if they were keeping her overnight or if they were sending her home. I haven't heard anything since then.
