Pemela, you should read this blog: bohoberry.com She not only loves pens, she attends conventions for pens! I think you'll love her. Plus, she is an awesome bullet journaler.

Wendy, there's a lot of people who think we're weird for cutting up perfectly good fabric and sewing it back together! I have a thing for quilt books. I'm never going to make 90% of them, but I have to have the books! hmy:

And the great thing about getting older is you can't remember buying the books so it's like keep having new ones!

I now have a garden collection  how cool. Its not very bullety at the moment but it will be when I add charts for sewing, pruning etc. I've wanted to plot my garden for ages, now you've made me get on with it and I've done it to scale.

While looking for ideas I found someone had set up their books to read page as a picture of a bookcase and put the names of the books on them. Looks amazing, too late for this year I've started a list.

I’m going to be making a ‘book case’ quilt for my grandson, Hunter. He turns 16 in January and his mom has said she thinks this would be the ultimate as he’s such a book worm. The idea that you said about a bookcase with the ‘books to read’ for our bullet journaling is terrific.
My mind always is thinking so:
A map of your town with the restaurants you want to try located on it
Map of the world with ‘bucket list’ locations, or ‘dream list’ locations

Anyone have an idea for a fun way to list the ‘quilts or blocks’ I want to do?

I’m sure enjoying all the sharing, Thanks everyone

No idea Luann it all sounds good but would a bullet journal be big enough for all you do :woohoo: I'll keep an eye out on the crafty bullet journal threads.

Now I realise I need washi tape......

I've been looking for crafty bullet journalists! Wendy, do you have some websites? I just woke up and have only had one cup of coffee so far. We have to go to a wedding this evening, so I slept in, since we have no idea when we'll get home.
LuAnn, I love your garden layout! I have a black thumb so as much as I love flowers and gardens, I have very little interest in doing one myself.
I wonder if pinterest would help find some quilt block layouts?

I've not seen anything much different to the planners and check off lists for any topic except they are decorated a bit more. I think Luann is the expert here and will give us some great ideas.

Have a good time at the wedding

I've started my bullet journal! Here's my future log and this month's page. What's great is that I'm remembering things as I go and I can put them right in, and won't forget. Have you taken a look at Barbara Black's blog? She writes how she uses her

**edited to add: I just watched Boho Berry's Bullet Journal 101, the Basics, again. In it she talks about collections, which could be quilt projects for us. She puts them right in with her daily pages, and then annotates it in her index. So, that's one way of having your quilting projects where you can find them. I'm devoting today (until I have to get ready to go to that wedding) to getting my journal up and running. For me, that's watching videos and going through my pinterest boards.

Great stuff Eileen, how about a task list on the right.

Luann you could sketch a pile of quilts then write the names of the quilts and who for on each one. Or how about drawing a strippy jelly roll quilt and writing the same then colour each strip as you complete them :cheer:

Thank you for the reminder about Barbara's blog. Good read!

Wendy, I absolutely love the idea of the jelly roll race for tracking quilts and who they are for!
Thanks, I knew you'd have an idea for me,,, I’m off to draw that up now. And I could keep track of my charity 'quilting up the sandwiches for others' in a similar manner. Oh, I’m off to the drawing board,,, lol

Well. . .I started a bullet journal too! I wasn't going to do it; but, then I thought. . .why not give it a try? I'm thinking that I will be able to greatly reduce the size of my planner while having organized spots for my "collections!" I'm starting slow--working on the daily mainly. But, I did make a "habit" collection. This is the space where I list the tasks I want to do each day. I also think I will get into using some color too. . .but, for now I'm going with blue ball point ink pen! I'm also thinking about what I might want to include later. I loved Wendy's suggestion to Luann about the jelly roll race chart!

This is an awe inspiring video. I wish I was so talented as she is. I’m going to use a bit of her spreads for daily art practice!

I was directed to this article/blog on FB: http://www.thelazygeniuscollective.com/blog/how-to-bullet-journal I found it very interesting.
LuAnn, that video is awe inspiring, but it's also very intimidating hmy: Right now, I'm going to keep mine pretty minimalist.
Hope everyone's having a great Sunday!
