Yup, Geneva, lots of snow here, too. I love the snow, but the below 0° is a bit hard to take! Anyway, thank you so much for the garlic knot row in winter blues! It will fit right in!
And, Wendy, I also received yours, right when I am working on one to send to you! It should have been easy, but I am piecing/math challenged, so it is what it is. Will mail it later this week. This is what I received from Wendy. Pretty cool, huh?!?!
I will let a few of you know that yours are in the mail, later this week! And, Cathy, I sure hope you are getting better!
Happy New Year rowers!

I put three rows into the mail yesterday. Cathy, Wendy, and Luann....heads up!
I went to a postal annex, as opposed to the Post Office, and they sent the one to England as a flat letter. No forms to fill out, and no declaration of value. Last time I went through all of that and paid three times as much. Same size envelope. Very strange! I hope you get it Wendy!!!
Andreè, I'm working on yours. It will be a while, as it is not a quick one. Jennifer, I bought the fabric for yours, and know the direction that I will go.
We are expected to briefly get above freezing tomorrow. Which means the roads will be treacherous the following morning, because it freezes overnight.
Hugs!

Interesting on the shipping Dawn! I hope it makes it. It astounds me how different the fees are depending on which country, and I sometimes suspect it varies by who is manning the window at my Post Office....I don't mind it, since the same folks I'm mailing rows TO are also mailing rows HERE (and for so many more of us!), but it does make me wonder how on earth they calculate it each time.
I've just finished a customer quilt so will do my January row this week or next and hope hope hope to get it off by the end of the month so I can pretend to be "on time." I think Luann is my January, and not sure who I have for February (my list is on the wall in my sewing room, but my computer is in the office....).
Keep safe in all the crazy winter weather, everyone. We're drowning in rain here.....high water on the roads yesterday, and probably will be more today. Nothing like actual flooding we had a while back, just "the usual" drainage issues of our area. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and dry everything up before more rain on Saturday....(and I'd still rather have this than y'all's snow & ice!).

Great, Wendy! I'm so glad you received the row and extra bird houses. Especially, since we were a little concerned with the postage and lack of a customs form. Very cool!
And, I bypassed the customs form with Abdreè's today, too. Just went as a big envelope.
Andreè and Jennifer, I did mail your rows today. (Kind of went overboard with these two!) Let me know when you receive them, please.
Cathy, did you receive your heart row? And, how are you doing?
Well, 12 down and 6 to go. I am caught up, if you don't count January's. Yippee! A milestone for a person who tends to get distracted!
Have a great weekend everyone! And, Lotti I hope you are better! Don't push yourself! It takes a long time to get back to normal after a bad pneumonia!

Yes Dawn, I received my row of hearts last week. It is beautiful. I will post a picture as soon as I find my camera. It is either here on my desk, or down on my cutting table. Does that give a hint to how organized I am?
I finished a row yesterday. Yeah!!! I am still way behind, but at least I have one finished.
I have a DGD getting married in June. My oldest DD told me I have to finished the grandkids baby quilts before I do the wedding quilt. Well, I have 16 grandchildren. I have done 5 quilts so far. 2 more tops are finished. That leaves me with 9 quilts to totally do. hmy: But, the wedding quilt top is finished except I need to add the 2 borders. That won't take long, because I have them cut out. I am hoping my shoulder heals enough that I can use the longarm. Maybe I will add that as part of my physical therapy exercises. I really need to increase my range of motion in the shoulder. Still hurts so much, even just doing nothing!! I will probably be in therapy another 2 months.
Wishing you all well!
