Mary Kay, maybe you could just print your car so that the width will fit into your block, then apply a fusible web on the back and carefully trim the car away from the rest of the photo. The car could then be appliquéd onto a solid piece of fabric that is large enough for your block and you won't have the distracting background clutter of showroom walls and people.

Mary Kay, Another thing you could do is to print the car photo so that the width fits the block size, then sew strips of other fabric to the top and bottom to fill out the square. You could also print those "strips", but you probably want to print more than just a solid color and then the instructions for that get a little involved, so I think you're better off just sewing other fabric strips to the top & bottom.__________________________________________________
