We missed a check by 10 pins - skinny Dwight shot 150 in our last game. He was really hard on himself, but he still looked good! Not as good as Lorchen though... (You look fabulous!)

If you have the chance to spend 28 hours in a van in one weekend with 4 middle-aged men - DON'T DO IT!!!

And if you ever go to San Jose CA, please do go with people that will eat interesting food with you. Some white middle-aged men are so boring!

Actually, it wasn't that bad. But with turning 50 and everything else, I did forget to renew my CPA license on my birthday - and they revoked it the very next day! AAAUUUGH!!! Now I have to jump through a lot of hoops...

What a bummer, hope you get that license sorted quickly!
Have made similar experiences when traveling with colleagues. Not everyone open to trying out new things. In some countries it seriously limits the places you can go to eat. When I was in china this spring it had the opposite effect, as we didn't know what it was we were being served (or what we ordered) most of the time, I got to try it all, and then the 'conservative eaters' would eat only those things that I told them to be safe, not too spicy, not too this and not too that.

Did it bring out the 'road-rage' in you Keith? Even 28 hours in a van with 4 young men would probably be too much! I wonder would 4 middle-aged women be better? Yeah, probably! if you had won it would have seemed worth it though wouldn't it? Sorry about the license, hope that gets sorted out quickly.

Sometimes you get to a point in life where riding in a van for 28 hours with 4 middle-aged men sounds GOOD.... Maybe I've been single too long....

Keith, you'll just have to travel with me in future. I'll try anything at least once - especially when it comes to food.

I've ridden with just two middle aged men and only 5 hours and wanted to kill them both before it was all done.

I knew I missed you all a lot, just didn't know how much until now that I'm reading some threads. It's going to take a while to catch up but oh boy, am I having fun and enjoying every minute of it.

Just this past weekend was in a vehicle with two middle aged men, for only a couple of hours and they were worst than the four kids that were also in the van. thank God my friend was there also to stop each other from killing them.

Got to go get the kiddos in bed so I can continue reading for a while.
