Urgent prayer request

Please pray for my granddaughter Katelyn. She is the one who has had the heart problems. She was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon after collapsing at school. She had a stroke. She is having problems moving her left side and her speech is a bit slow but mentally she seems to be doing well. She did regain a bit of movement in her left arm overnight. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.

You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. I bet if you can get that adorable puppy in your profile picture into the hospital to see her, that will go a long way toward her recovery. There's nothing like 'grandma' and 'puppy' love to get you through a crisis.

The prayers are sure working. She has started to regain feeling and some movement in her leg this afternoon. Keep them coming she needs all she can get. Now if they can just figure out what caused it and if they can treat this, keep her heart problems in check, and keep her healthy in all other ways we will be lucky. Thanks for prayers for the family also. I know her mom is beside herself, and this is about my last straw with everything else that has been going on. I do have to say I had a couple of days that my brain was coming back and I was beginning to feel like myself for the first time in months. Then bam ................... oh well, it is life and we will get through this one too.
