I recieved an email from Lena stating the following.
"Please reply with your email address so I can send out a group email in a
        couple of days."

I am still waiting for dinner information. I am assuming she did not send it out yet. Am I right?

Since Lena works, I imagine she might post or send something out when she is at home.

I received the same email, and then wrote to Lena if I should be waiting for another one. She said yes, another one will come with details.

OK - I have sent the details to everyone. If you have guests, they will be the same price - I just need to know how many will attend so we have enough food prepared.
Mary Kay Davis is adding something to the Daily Blog about the dinner.
We have about 32 people so far - plenty of room for more.
Post here or send me an email (using the envelope to the right) if you would like to attend the dinner on Thursday evening.
Really excited to get to see everyone again!

Here are some instructions for sending money through PayPal. It is easy and safe!

If you have a paypal account:
                    Go to paypal.com
                    Select the “Send Money” tab
Copy/paste Lena’s email address in the “To” box: mailto:[email protected]
Enter 23.00 and select “USD U.S.-dollars”
                    Select the “Personal” tab
                    Select “Gift”
                    Click “Continue”
                    Click “Send Money”

If you don’t have a paypal account:
Start at PayPal.com and select the “Personal” tab
Under the “Transfer” tab, select “Send Someone Money”
                    Fill in your e-mail address
                    Copy/paste Lena’s e-mail address: mailto:[email protected]
Be sure that United States is selected
Fill in the amount (23.00) USD – U.S. Dollar
                    Click “Continue”
The next screen is a sign in screen for PayPal. Select Sign-Up if you don’t have an account.
If you have them take the money from your checking account (all you have to do is enter the routing and account numbers on the bottom of your check) you will avoid the .97 service charge.
Because I already have an account, I can’t access that screen and can’t tell you exactly what to look for, but it is easy to follow the directions.

Hope this helps, and please feel free to add to these instructions if you wind up on a different PayPal screen!!
                    Thanks!

Thanks for the instructions Margo! It has been a while since I sent any money to others.
The last time I used this I was selling a bunch of my Longaberger products! Too much stuff, not enough space!

If you do not specify GIFT - or if you see that it is charging the .97 extra, please add another $1 to the amount.
So far I am getting 1/2 with the fee and 1/2 without --- which means I am only getting $22 for part of the people!

I just sent my $ in through PayPal. It had a box checked that I would pay the $0.97 and that Lena would receive $23.00. The box was already checked, but others may need to manually check it. I can't wait to see everybody there.

I am sad to say that I signed up to go to Quiltapalozza on Thursday and I am bring a quilt sister with me to Houston this year so we will not be able to attend the dinner. I will really miss seeing all of you at dinner and would love to stop by after dinner and see you all if the time will work out for that. I'll see some of you at the TQS booth before the dinner to see if this will work :idea : or we will just meet where we can as we meet at the show.
