    Thanks

Maureen, if you note on Caryl's website that we don't need a lot, and we probably can share. I am flying in also, and don't plan on bringing the starch. I will be in her afternoon class!

Thanks Margo and Maggie for your answers. If I come across the starch on our travels around Houston I will get it but as I don’t intend to bring it home I think I will follow Maggie’s advice and not get any. As Maggie says, we only need a small amount and Caryl will probably have enough to share.

      Thanks again

Maureen, we have cans of spray starch in the Education Office for the teachers to use in class. Just come by 340AB on the 3rd floor if you need it. As has been said already, you can count of other students, who drove to Houston, being more than happy to share with you--they'll all just love your accent, for starters!

I leave my house at 5 am tomorrow morning to go to the airport--I'll be in Texas for 16 days so the bags are packed tight! I'm looking forward to seeing so many of you there. Safe travels to all!

Thanks Barbara, that was helpful information.

Accent !!! - we don't have accents It is not just the accent that gives us away as being from the UK but seemingly the way we eat, holding the knife and fork all the time and not changing hands.

We are leaving early tomorrow (Thursday) for the airport as well but I haven't even started packing yet. I had better get a move on.

Safe journey to everyone and we are looking forward to meeting all the TQS's

Maureen, I eat that way, also! Much more efficient! And I hope OUR accents don't give you a lot of problems! See you soon!

Hi All, I've got a PDF put together of all the people I think are attending Houston, but I'd like your help in making sure it's accurate! KakeM helped me add a lot of information, but I'm sure we're still missing things. I've pulled photos from the TQS site, but some of them didn't turn out very well, so send me an updated photo if you'd like it changed. Brink, you've pulled your photo off the site, so I don't have one for you. My email address is mailto:[email protected], so send me an email if you'd like me to email the PDF to you. I will only be able to check email through Sunday. Thanks, Robin

It was a pleasure to help. I sure hope you get lots more information to fill in the blanks Robin. Your PDF is going to be so handy to help us to keep things straight in the otherwise hectic moments of many TQS'rs meeting each other for the first time face to face. Updated photos will certainly help.

Robin and Karen M. thanks so much for the pdf of attendees!! It is so much nicer and high tech than the little list I tried to scribble for myself last year. I can't wait to see everyone!

Thanks, Margo! I will keep updating the PDF until Sunday with whatever information comes across in email or on this Forum site, so just let me know if you want a copy.
