Remember the SuperShuttle block challenge for Houston? I got a call from the marketing manager that my block won first place! I was blown away! So, now I can see something that I have done hanging at the show! It will be incorperated into a quilt along with about 12 others, and on display there. I have to say, I really had fun making that block! I built a city and a van and bonded everything. Then I created people to ride in the van. You can see it on Festival's Face Book page. I'm still flying high!

Dawn, Congratulations!!!!! I can't wait to see it in person. Going go the show and meeting everyone is going to be so wonderful. I received my times for being a "quilt angel" yesterday. I get to volunteer on preview night on Wednesday. I am so happy!!!!! It was my first choice. It is going to be so fun seeing all the quilters look at the quilts. I also volunteered a second session session on Saturday morning and I am so excited I get to be an "angel" again. Only two weeks away!!!!!! Houston you better be ready because we are going to have one excited bunch of TQS quilters on their way.

Anyone know how I can find the TQS logo so I can make a TQS nametag for the show? I remember that it was posted somewhere here on the website, but I can't find it.
