Kathy, love the idea of Lorchen wearing a lacy cowboy hat and humming 'rawhide'. Gave me a good belly laugh, thanks.

As for the weather, sleet, snow? Has the world gone mad? Ladies, there is only one solution - get to Oldham now and stay until after the event.

Hoping that the weather does not interfer with you ladies and the visit with the man in the cowboy hat. Have a blast!

Whatever the weather, girls, we'll make it! Most of the predicted sleet and snow will hit the North of Scotland.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning already because I'm visiting a friend en-route (North of Sheffield). Should be a fun day. He is gay, a real diva, loves classical music AND heavy metal, speaks 6 or 7 languages (all badly but enthusiastically), thinks that quilting should be introduced as a compulsory subject in schools (he hasn't got a clue what he is talking about, but is a fun friend), loves single malt, and plays a mean game of poker. We used to work together.

Kathy, I have packed my camera and will do my best.

Can't wait to see Rosemary and Lorna!
