Check out this fabulous, fabulous 'Nessie' muggie that I had in my mailbox today.
And what great timing Maureen has, it reached me just on my birthday!
Love, love, love this great little muggie!!!
THANK YOU, Maureen!!!

Sorry folks, was in Dusseldorf for our largest exhibition all last week, back Sunday afternoon, now trying to play catchup at work...
I shall return and catch up with everything and everyone I've missed...
And finally get those unposted muggies on their merry way, I promise... But I'll need another week or two to get work organized
Happy belated birthday Terrie - you know what I'm wishing you!Lotti, Kuessnacht - Switzerland

Thank you all for your birthday wishes!
Oh, yes, am celebrating in style!
Tonight jazz concert and dinner with friends
Tomorrow night a belated thanksgiving dinner (jazz concert came first!)
Saturday we have our local Xmas market and hopefully finish the rest of my Xmas prezzies as they really need to get posted,
Sunday night another jazz concert
And Monday I'm taking the day off and hopefully get to finish a quilt!
Then back to the office, unpacking from the medica, getting the budget 2014 sorted, getting the exhibition plan done (no trip to Scotland for me next May, I'll be in Washington, D.C. end march, china mid April, Melbourne early May, then our company's 40th anniversary open house end May, Barcelona in june ... And in between organizing a couple of anniversary meetings for our distributors... Oh well... I'll have to follow all the pictures and news on the forum instead.)
I've already told everyone that I'm letting the holidays lapse this year and am moving straight on to Easter, but... The family doesn't want to forego Xmas, and I'll be in china for Easter... That's life, and I'm loving it in spite of, or maybe because of all the interesting challenges...

Hi there!
Just poking my nose in the forum from time to time. Don't know if I'll catch up, but maybe just move forward.
Thanks to everyone for their good wishes, both for a return to health and Happy Birthday. I received a mug rug from Maureen - sunbeams and a cuppa tea! What a wonderful combination! Hopefully I will post it soon.
My birthday was yesterday BTW. Just one day ahead of Lotti!
Recovery is s-l-o-w. But hopefully steady.
Take care, everyone!
Lorchen, you look great!Lotti, Kuessnacht - Switzerland

Happy Birthday to all! Lorchen you and your granddaughters are precious!
Love the Nessie mug rug. Lotti, you sure get around! Lucky you!
Terrie it's nice to see you back. Hope your recovery is smooth and quick!
It is Thanksgiving morning. Later today I am looking forward to eating a wonderful turkey dinner prepared by my husband. He's an excellent cook. It will be a very special Thanksgiving as my new grandson will be joining us. He's 3 months old now and ready for turkey and pie!
Take care my friends!

Lottie, glad you liked the Nessie mug rug. Great coincidence that it landed on the day of your birthday. The quilt on the postcard is one of the Q in the Park (hung outside in the woods) at a previous LLQS.
Gosh, you are definitely a well travelled woman of the world with all the travelling you do. Do you see any of the places while you are there?
Terrie, you are very welcome and I am glad a bit of sunshine came into your life at this point in time. “Recovery is s-l-o-w. But hopefully steady.” That is far better than fast and not healing properly. Take care

This thread getting hijacked of other essential exchanges of information is always welcomed - life happens and it is great to share!
Lorchan - wonderful picture of the 3 of you.
Lotti & Terri - Many happy returns of the day, hope they were good ones.
Terri - delighted to see you popping in for a brief visit, we are all thinking of you.
Maureen - Nessie is brill.
Hope I got everything covered from the last 3 pages
Oh yeah - Happy Thanksgiving to the colonials amongst us

Terrie---WooHoo--well enough to get online for a bit! Happy Belated Birthday!
Lotti--Happy Birthday and just hearing about all the lined up travel makes me envious and tired.
Rosemary--thank you for that "heartfelt" Thankgiving greeting(it was heartfelt, wasn't it? )
Maureen--another great muggie.
I am thankful for a God who loves us and hears our prayers; that my mom is still alive even if I get anxious because she is not taking care of herself like she should; I am thankful for my children and grands; for my dear husband who helps me in every way; for the creative talents I have been blessed to be able to cultivate and for my many TQS friends who lift me up and make me smile--just by being who they are.
