So, Nancy, you are blown away  ? When I got my mug rug from you yesterday, I was the one who was blown away. You made me the most beautiful rose and I can't stop looking at it and admire the colors and the quilting. Thank you so much. And a big thank you for the tea and the needles. I sure will enjoy both.
    So here goes:

Terrie, yours went out from here yesterday

Wendy - unless everyone in the UK knows you by first name, would you mind please emailing me your family name? Your mug rug is ready to fly! I've got the address etc, but no family name. Thanks.

Lorchen, yours, that was ready two weeks ago, will go out with Wendy's. ops:

Nancy the rose is absolutely fantastic and beautifully exercised. Was it made using hexies???

                  Hi Maureen -

It wasn't made using hexies, but it is one large paper-pieced hexie itself. I used a pattern that I happened across in QuiltMaker magazine last spring. I picked it up to look at while taking care of my mother and it ended up being a very useful issue since it's also where I got the idea for Rita's mug rug!
