Wendy, go to the stand of the Traditional Group of the Guild (very close to entrance). I'll be either there, or they'll know where I'll be. Not sure that little granddaughter will wait, even though her official due date is the 20th. I'm willing to put my stash on her being earlier than that, based on how Kerri looks and feels.

Again I never got any emails saying there were new posts so I had 6 pages to go through. Rita you have been very busy and your mug rugs are brilliant.
It is interesting what you are all saying about just making the mug rugs and sending them out even if they are not perfect. I had two done that instead of the line of the piecing being straight they are leaning over toward the top like the leaning towers of Pisa.
ops:
ops: I just put them in my scrap bin as everyone’s and the one I have received look so perfect.

Wendy, I sent your mug rug when I sent Pam one. Pam received hers--I hope the one I made for you is not lost--it was my very favorite and I was so excited to send it to you. I am not being patient!!!! Terrie in Canada got hers too. They were all sent at the same time. I am not being patient!!!!!

Maureen - I would love to receive your scrap bin rugs! I know that mine are far from perfect, so it would be appropriate. I am just excited to have these reminders of my friends, so will not be looking at any of these with a critical eye. I just want the whole experience to be fun! No stress here!!

I agree with Nancy, but I have been living with the same concerns Maureen. While I'm not even close to being in the same quilting league as the people who have sent me mug rugs, I have finally decided that I will never get much better until I get out there and try to play with the big girls. The mug rugs I will be sending are the best I can possibly make...this week.Originally posted by rehakMaureen - I would love to receive your scrap bin rugs!
