Ladies - I also have a Mac. If you don't have an Apple Store near you I'm sure that any place that sells them would be able to help you decide the best route to take. I went to the Apple Store and after looking into it I just decided ot go ahead and buy a used laptop on Ebay. I found a real nice one for $200 and I'm using it only for my sewing/quilting programs. Oh, and I have internet access so I can take it with me on my retreats. Don't want to miss The Quilt Show now do I!

Hi Lois,Originally posted by loise98Hi Barbara, Do you have any idea how to get the word out to fellow TQS members who might be using or interested in using this software. Perhaps we need to start a new blog. I am going in about as many directions as I can manage right now but I am still interested in getting more information from people who are using the software. I know you need to have the Snow Leopard OS and that is about the extent of what I know. While I am thinking about going in that direction I am also trying to track down a treadle sewing machine. I think I just need to make a few quilts on a treadle machine. I guess there is nothing wrong with designing those quilts on a computer now is there? LoisB
I went to http://www.quiltingboard.com and if you do a search you can read what people have to say about it. I read a little just to see if it addresses your question. There are quite a few posts there. Hope this helps.

Oh gosh, that is so funny! I guess I could dye my own, never thought of that. What fun that would be to wear fuchsia or green tie dye or whatever! At Ricky's dye class last summer some of the participants dyed shirts but I just dyed yardage. I missed an opportunity there, I think! Just like Ami Simms to come up with this, anyway.

I have to confess. My size bras don't come in fun colors anymore. Used to, but not so much now. They are cotton. One day when I was playing with my fiber reactive dyes (I was still getting used to them) I decided to go ahead and have some fun. Now, all my undies are bright colors. I have pairs of matching blends mixes of bras and panties. In fact I only own one white pair just in case I need them. (rarely, but just in case) It's like my little secret that makes me smile!!! They are all bold and fabulous. Tee Hee Clara 8) 8) 8)Originally posted by romiraYou will not believe how hilarious this is, it's like she thought of this just for us:

I didn't realize that all the past profile pictures updated when you changed photos, so it surprised  me to see that it did! Of course, I didn't give it too much thought anyway, so I guess it makes sense that it would. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to model Rosemary's lovely creation again. I keep the hat on display in my sewing room and it makes me so happy
to see it every day.
