Hi, I haven't checked in for a while. Has anyone from Australia received their strips yet. I am getting excited as they should be here soon. Not sure when Barb posted them. Maree

        Hi Maree
I am in Qld and still no strips, despite me checking every corner of the mail box everyday and sometimes twice a day just in case.
Must be this week surely! Can't wait - so nice to hear everyone elses excitement and delight with what they have received.
I am just going to my sewing room to resume sewing my HST from the Friendship swap. The blocks are coming together beautifully.
Fingers crossed our strips arrive this week.

Sunshinesheila in Australia has received her strips!!!!!!!!!!!  - I was thrilled to be part of such a motivating exchange. Aren't we lucky that someone like Barb is prepared to put in all the " hard yards" !!!!! Just imagine all the work involved in sorting all those thousands of little strips - not to mention all the hassles shipping all over the globe!!!!!!! Thank you Barb!!!

My strips arrived yesterday----thank you so much Barb and all your helpers. I was very worried because they went to our winter address in Florida and had to be forwarded here to New Hampshire. I have 198 beautiful strips but who's counting??!! There are a few doubles but they're all so nice and different that it's fine. Many, many I've never seen before so now to start work on my new project. Again, thank you so much Barb, Mona80

I can't wait to start stitching them into something gorgeous. I want to make the spools quilt and the farmhouse quilt!
Thanks for all the hard work you put into this Barb, you have done an amazing job and I am totally blown away that I only recognize one of the strips (could be mine but maybe not) Thanks again so much. I will keep you all posted as to the progress of these beautiful strips.

Thank you so much for the amazing amount of time & effort involved sorting & sending out the packets to everyone. My strips are beautiful & arrived like the others, just prior to our strike.

Hi,. My strips have arrived. They were checked by customs so that was probably what held them up. The sniffer dogs weren't happy. They are so beautiful, like candy without the calories. Now to make the quilt. Thanks Barb for a wonderful job with the organising. Hope there is another swap soon. Maree in Tasmania.

Sorry to be so late with posting, but I had received my strips a couple of weeks ago, but it has been just crazy here. Hopefully things will slow down so I can get something made up with them. It was really interesting to see where they all came from, and I was surprised to see I was the only one from WI. I would like to thank everyone for all the work they put into this exchange, it had to be a chore sorting all those strips and just keeping everything straight.
