And I just can't get Marilyn's blooming ideas out of my head - I have this image of ideas growing beautifully and morphing into more beauty and they're different and better but the kind of the same still... It's exciting... Thanks for the great image, Marilyn!
I get that we should stay on topic, but then I feel a little handcuffed, and that's no fun. But I'll do better at this. Starting in just a minute...
Lorchen, if you simply can't behave - do come sit by me.

What Keith said! (Two thumbs up) Totally agree. Oh and I'll come sit by you both, don't want to miss all the fun. :wink:Originally posted by KeithAnd I just can't get Marilyn's blooming ideas out of my head - I have this image of ideas growing beautifully and morphing into more beauty and they're different and better but the kind of the same still... Jilly, you need to be careful reading some of these threads when drinking coffee, computer keyboards don't like coffee! - just ask Renata about it :wink:Originally posted by PatchworkjillPDQuilt please understand that while the forum is full of great ideas and suggestions for us all, it can also be a fun place, and I myself love that about the TQS forum, I don’t always have something to say but I do read it nearly every day with my coffee in one hand and the mouse in the other (and no mouse comments from you lot either by the way.....lol lol lol.....and yes Lorchen I am watching YOU) and find it a great joy, and perhaps some days I have had a bad day or just a bit tired or such but then I read and laugh my head off sometimes.........and I am quite sure you would know and understand that outside of a business meeting it’s like a group of people in a room visiting with each other and how the conversations can change from one thing to another ever so quickly.......I think that so long as we are all ever so kind to each other in life that’s all that matters in the end don’t you.........And always remember you are welcome to start a question thread on the forum of your own choice as that’s what it’s here for so ask away.

(PS if you don't want any breakfast mouse comments how about a hamster comment instead? they go around wheely fast, but are much better late at night rather than breakfast time)

I like all kinds of threads, even tangled ones. And I like to smile. It is especially good on days when you're working so very hard and having the same frustrating thing happen over and over and over again. Not that I am talking about anything I might be working on (CWQ). Not me! Well, maybe I am tangling. So sorry! Where is the smiley with tongue in cheek.

Whilst I'm sitting next to the gorgeous Keith...... I also like Valdani threads. Some beautiful variegated ones in the range, and they are a little thicker so show up really well. I think they are made in Hungary, and are not as easy to get hold of as some other brands. Have you come across them, Keith?.................... Hey, stop pushing everybody! Plenty of space on the bench. Just be careful, I don't want anybody to fall over my 7 bowling balls. I lost them somewhere.
