I figured out how to print to pdf using pdfwriter. But you are right, taking a screenshot is easier and faster! Below is what I currently have. I tried adding border around center block, rotate 45 degree so the block is on-point, etc. Too many options!

Vicki H, How distorted are they? Can you post a picture? You might be able to block them back to
correct size and shape. Also, when you iron your wet fabric, go up and down to prevent stretching it.
If you rub across the strip that distorts it. Another idea if they are not too bad would be to draw the
stitching lines on the back of the strips so the finish size is 1 inch per strip but the seam allowance is off, which would not matter because
it would not show. Just stitch on the line. You would need to pin line to line on the two strips
you are stitching. HelenW

Did you measure the page to be sure it is printed correctly?
-
Janet, My guess if it is not your printer as Barbara suggested, it might be your cutting or seam allowances. Measure each piece in your strip. The first and last should measure 1 1/4 inches wide
and the two middle ones should measure l inch wide. You said your 1/4 inch seam allowances are
correct. Double check to see that the bottom seam allowance is also 1/4 inch, the fabric may have
shifted while you were stitching. Let us know if you figure out the problem. Other quilters might
run into the same problem. HelenW

Good morning Barbara and Lynn! Today I saw something in my email about reading a book today. So I thought I would begin to read the chapters of he Laurel Ridge Story. I was curious where these chapters came from. Are they from an actual book if so what is the title? Have a wonderful day and THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for all of the work you do to make this BOM sooooo much fun!!!
Hugs Lori MLori M

I don't know the answer to this, Lori. Lynn is very busy preparing for her Retreat this week so look for her answer in a week or two.
So glad you are enjoying Laurel Ridge!
-
Dear Lori,
Thank you for asking. I'm drawing the chapters from my own imagination and my real-life experience of growing up in a very small town in a remote location in California. The characters are real people who I remember meeting and having interactions. Of course, I'm adding my own spin on the narrative and this month I introduced a soon to be love interest. Stay tuned for more about Lexi, my pretend Packhorse Librarian.
Take care,
Lynn
