My quilt almost done. Binding in progress. The Edge to Edge pantograph my longarm quilter used is called Feather Flourish. It worked very well, soft yellow thread is lovely too.

I love the way you changed up the placement of the applique and turned them into a circle.....a circle of quilting friends. --Lynn

This is a massive quilt, had to lay it outside on the ground to get a photo. I had a stash of fabric from a kit I purchased years ago and never got around to making, not sure if my Teal really works with the other colours, but I think I am happy with the result. I learnt a lot, struggled a lot, especially joining all the blocks that had the 1" pieces and matching those tiny points. So its off to the long arm quilter, way too big to tackle myself.

My top pieced together with borders to be added. I had to recut spacer strip to 3 ins to fit correctly. Enjoyed making this one.

I have printed all the stories that went along with the quilt up to block 10. I know in the beginning it was easy to print the story, then a change on where they were located, either I forgot or their isn't a story for block 11 and 12. I have fallen behind on the quilt and have not completed all the blocks or read all the story that went with them so can you please provide me information on where to find the story line for block 11 and block 12 if it is applies. Thank you, Jean

All the stories are there. Months 11 and 12 are titled Conclusion. It’s the last file on page 2 under Laurel Ridge, the same place they have always been. There is even a button to download all the chapters.

Sew happy!!! Lynn and Barbara, I’m especially grateful for the quality of your instruction and support that made Laurel Ridge possible for me and took my piecing skills to a new and much higher level. My first Quilt Show BOM experience was all I imagined and more. It leaves me eager for 2026 and Game On!

I finished this quilt during the reveal of next year’s BOM. I decided to change a few things. I went with a southwest theme. I did not preplan the colors. I changed the center to an Arizona block and southwest theme appliqués. Embroidery as I got hooked on adding this with previous BOM. Plan is to machine quilt via mid long arm machine. Not sure what designs will be used. Hope to enter 2026 County Fair. My quilt guild saw it yesterday before I plan to pin it. They loved it. They also appreciated all the perfect points.

Thanks to Barbara and Lynn for all the tops and videos.
I look forward to 2026 BOM.

A dear quilt friend passed on and I was gifted her solid scraps that will be perfect for the upcoming BOM.

I love your Southwest theme and how you planned the colors. Great job. Good luck at the fair.

Game On! will be a lovely way to honor your friend’s memory. And it’s such a fun project.

I completed the quilt. I made it a bit smaller thatn suggested and I made some modifications as well. It took a little figuring but it now measures 73 X 73 inches. I decided to try to do a feathered star in the middle and got help from a post from Edyta Sitar and then put it in EQ8 to resize it. The whole quilt was full of surprises and of course I have a few errors in the placement. I'm going to donate this quilt to a heritage fund to raise money for its operations. Again, thank you so much for the great videos and instructions. They were second to none.
