vegetables and lean proteins. I drink Orgain protein drinks (bought at Costco) with a bowl of have berries for breakfast most days.
Here is to a healthy year ahead for everyone. It is never to late to start.
You are such an inspiration. We are so lucky to have you as our forum leader.
