I used to not like to make flying geese, but I used Barbara’s flying geese method for the 20 small star point blocks A & B and they came out perfect! Now, I really like making flying geese! And then I made the 4 star point C blocks and I’m just baffled! I used the templates in the pattern (verified that my printer printed to scale) and all of my star points came out to 2 1/2 x 2 1/4. Anyone have an idea of what I could have done wrong? The only thing I can think is that the pattern templates do not include the corner notches like the actual plastic templates that Sarah used in her video; if this is the case, I have no idea how I would re-draw the templates (measurement-wise) to include all the notched corners. I used to think I was a good ‘piecer’, but I have rapidly lost confidence

If you are talking about the second border that uses the HSTs, that information will be provided in Month 10.

If I recall, Barbara's video said she had problems with the large stars too. Try not to be too critical of your work.
