Friday November 5 and 19 the LIVE broadcast will show the skyscrapers. They are on Facebook and YouTube—live at Noon central time. They are all available on YouTube, The Quilt Show channel, after airing live.

I just got home late last night from 13 days in Houston.

Hi I see that some talented folks are drafting other skyscrapers than the ones offered in the pattern. I am not that talented and have not had much success drafting what I wanted. Does anyone have these to share? I am willing to pay a reasonable fee.

Pretty much. My measurements were no more than 1/8" in a few places. Wendy told me they were hand drawn so were probably not exactly the same. Mine fit just fine.

i am having an awful time with One World...Big BEN was fine. my issue seems to be towards the bottom where the bulk is and i cant make it lay straight. is there SUPPOSE to be a slight curve there? Also, it seems quite a bit shorter than Big Ben...is this right?

All the skyscrapers are the same height to fill the four corners.

The background does not go all the way to the bottom of One World--see the pattern photo. One the LIVE broadcast Friday November 5, I showed how to make dots at the lower edges of the 3 sections to join those 3 sections together. Find that on The Quilt Show channel on YouTube.

There is a lot of bulk in One World where the sections come together.

There is a very slight curve at the bottom of One World. You can see it on the pattern.

I am having difficulty with the Centrepoint Tower. I do not understand how the piece "m" which instructions called for cutting a 4 1/2 inch square will fit over the pattern in section #5. Can you help?

I had to recut my background pieces M to 4 1/2 X 5 instead of 4 1/2 X 4 1/2 in order to get them to fit. 4 1/2 is simple too small.

Section 5 has the two M pieces--first you sew a small piece of the yellow (piece l) to the edge of background M. Then those background units are sewn to either side of the of the center Section 3/4.
