Hi Norma! It's actually a music box. When you turn the crank it plays very quietly. I don't play it too often because it's so fragile, but it still plays! Looking forward to seeing your photos!

I could only find two items for yesterday, looking forward to the next days.

This is our darling little girl "Pebbles" (yeah from the flintstones) and a cot quilt I have to finish by this Friday.....

Once again I've joined up with my fellow quilters for the UGH club. At least I know I am in good company.

Does anyone know if they are going to announce or have a 2011 TQS block of the month quilt??

            Thank you.

I am loving all the pictures you have all taken, especially love Mary's "furry friend" -- too funny.

Hey I also thought -- what about -- if I were a barn what quilt block would I like painted on me. Mine would be applique flowers of some sort. What would your barn quilt block be?

                Okay, here are my items.
The Thimble - this was a freebie from the very first quilt show I attended and it is what I actually use when I (rarely) hand quilt.

The Fall leaves fabric - from the stash I inherited from my Grandmother.

The UFO(s) - these are the quilts I'm working on for the twins due next month.

Well, the next will be continued....
The Furry Friend - our precious 15 year old dog pound rescue Golden Retriever. She like to camp out in front of the fridge to be sure we don't get snacks for ourselves without remembering her.
The 100 Year Old object - well, I think it is about 100 years old. This bed in my guest bedroom was hand carved by my great, great uncle.

Yes there is a 2011 quilt. I was in class today with Sue and she had it with her. I just got a quick glimpse of it, not enough to tell you anything about it.

DH was NOT AMUSED by the picture I posted of him as my "furry friend!" So, here are three others that are a bit less creative, but more to the point.

So here are my photos. On the first there is a new thimble from Clover, bought last Friday.
The purse is my unfinished project, the autumn leaves are going into the purse pocket and the cup is a gift from my grandmother many years ago. It's about 150 years old.
Next two photos show my wonderful cats, Josefine and Henriette.
