Friends:
It's a new year our Marvelous Lord has given us and it's a new day in the best way! I'm praying for the requests as I keep up on the forum. Please know that to me praying for you all is a privilege. Amazingly we are able to be united in prayer through this site when we've never even met. God is so good! A quick update on Brock, the young man with heart problems: He spent some days in the hospital before Christmas to temporarily correct the heart arrhythmia problems he suffers from. Brock came home with hopeful news that the doctors are exploring a permanent solution! Exactly what I asked you to pray for! This is no coincidence and as we find out what the permanent solution looks like and it is implemented in Brock's life, please continue to pray.
I hope this answer to prayer encourages your hearts,
Jane

Thank you all for your prayers, personal emails, and phone calls. I believe God listens and answer prayers and today is proof. To make a long story short, I will just say that the insurance company pretty much out and out denied the doctor's request for the MRI/MRA scan. End of story we thought. Well -- to our pleasant surprise just a few moments ago I received a call from the doctor's office letting me know that out of the blue, they received an approval this morning for the MRI. How wonderful is that! Thank you Lord and thank you to our awesome TQS prayer warriers.
I have been feeling so much better and the pain has reduced substantially to where I have hours of forgetfulness that I ever had a pain (this is such a good thing). Then this week I came down with a horrible cold/flu like symptons which frighened me because my head started hurting again but I'm pretty sure it is the cold and not a problem with a bleed. I will be calling to schedule an appointment this afternoon for the scan. I'm hopeful that we will get back an "all clear" status so I can start to do normal things again like pick up heavier items and not worry so much about whether I can take an aspirin.
Here's my big hug to each of you ---- @big*^squeeze^*@till~`;it<*&hurts@

Jojo I am so pleased for you that the insurance company has come through and I hope that you get your scan very soon. I have suffered from really bad migraines for most of my adult life and after a very bad period where I had a constant headache for over two weeks the doctor decided to send me for a scan. When I got the results and told a friend that they did a brain scan and found nothing he said 'yep, thought as much, empty head!' I hope they find nothing in your head too. Take it easy, Rita. X

Wonderful ending to the insurance company/MRI debacle! My experience is almost identical to Rita's. After reading the MRI, my neurologist took a little too much joy in telling me there was nothing there. So glad you are going to be able to move on ~ things are looking up!
