Please put in a prayer for my dh's cousin's little girl. Chloe is only 3 and has asthma - she caught something (don't know if it was h1n1) and it turned to pnuemonia. She has been placed on a respirator and may be there for quite some time.

You know I don't stop to think that some of you may not look at the blogs so I decided it was time for an update:

Jordan is doing great--still in a nursing home but doing really well.

Beccah & Josh are dealing with each day as it comes and are reaching out to Jessica & Tom who lost their baby girl 8 weeks after Bec and Josh.

Loren is healing well and is starting to get his strength back.

I have a cold but think I am at the end of it.
Thanks for all your prayers and I continue to pray for those on this list.

You all have been in my daily prayers. We just got back from a trip to upstate NY for a family wedding, and I was thinking I hadn't heard from anyone on this list in awhile! Which in a way, is good news, that you all are well, but another way is were you all too sick to write?? anyway, I miss hearing from you all, and am glad for the good news, and will pray that continues as well as for the prayers for help!

PS Please pray for my aunt who has brain cancer and not doing well, and for another aunt who goes for an MRI of the brain today. I hope it is not a repeat of the other aunt.

Prayers for Annis' mom and Chloe, Happy's brother, Joan's aunt. Thankful that Ritzy's news is good, sounds like the load is lightening.

Please pray for DH's aunt. We were going to her 90th b'day party on Halloween, but she's now fallen & will be hospitalized for at least a week. She's got more energy in her little finger than I have altogether so the hospital stay will make her crazy, but she's been doctor-phobic and probably hasn't seen one since she was thirty, if then, so no telling what they might find now that they have a chance to look.
And my niece, a first-year special ed teacher, who joins the growing list of H1N1 patients....

My 86 year old mother has shingles and is going to be put in a nursing home for at least a month and then hopefully to assisted living. Please pray that she will recover quickly and be treated with care. If you are over 60 and had chicken pox in the past and haven't had a shingles vaccine consider getting one. This is a very painful disease that can last for months.

Sorry to hear about your mother, prayers to her and you. Prayers for all the intentions on the Prayer chain.
