Yes--heat then ice--but don't leave either on too long.

As I remember from my son's sprained ankle--10 min. ice then 10 min. heat. I should take my own advice--I'm nursing a swollen knee and I forget and leave it on too long. Also, a large bag of frozen peas is great for an ice pack. Judy in Torrance

Please pray for my SIL, Marilyn. She had a heart attack this morning. They used a balloon to open the blockage. If it doesn't stay open, they will have to do open heart surgery. It's right near a 90 degree turn so they can't put a stent in it.

Joan -- was it you that won the Bernina, if so, congrats.

Sharon -- we are having a white Christmas here and 22 degrees - Colorado

Oh Sharon! no, but I wish it had been!

Merry Christmas, from snowy and cold Virginia!

Please pray for a young man named Andrew. My son works with him and his mother Lisa is a friend of mine. He fell asleep at the wheel a couple of days ago and had a head-on collision with another vehicle. I don''t know all the details but I know he was taken to a hospital out of state. Lisa loves the Lord and is strong in her faith, but she and Andrew need all the prayers they can get.

                    Thanks y'all.
