I have just been watching the devastation in Joplin Missouri on the news. My prayers go out to everyone affected by this horrific tornado. I know there are a number of TQS members who are from Joplin and I pray you are all safe.

Your aunt will be kept in very good thought and prayer.

I try to believe that things happen for a reason but when I hear about things like the tornadoes and floods, I just don't understand why. I look up to heaven and ask why. I will continue to pray.

Please keep my mom in your prayers. Yesterday she learned her brother, who lives in Florida, had a massive stroke. This morning, she flew from Oregon to be there; but as she was waiting for the plane to load, she received the call that her brother had died. My heart aches for her.

Beccah went to the doctor today because she was having contractions. Elisha is not due until Aug 28th. The doctor told her not to work until they recheck her on Monday, if she has 4 or more contractions in an hour to go to the hospital and that her cervix is open some (not dilated). Thank you for your prayers.
