    Can't get avatar or my name to show up on the forum posts

    Not sure if I'm just not seeing it and others are able to, but my avatar does not show up nor does my name. I have an avatar uploaded and when I go to my profile, it is there. But when I post on the forum, I just get "star member" and no pic.

    On the left, do you see a box with your picture that says Welcome your name? There is a symbol that looks like several people silhouettes. Click on that, it takes you to your profile. Click on Edit Settings/Account. There is an option to Show Avatar and Show Signature, if you have set up a signature on your Dashboard. If this doesn’t work, Submit A Ticket, below, to get more help.

      I had the same issue and submitted a trouble ticket. It was fixed the same day.
