Unable to watch TQS on IPAD or Iphone.

I am very disappointed that I am unable to watch any of the shows on the IPAD or I phone. Had I realized that problem before I renewed my membership this month, I probably would not have renewed. Is anything being done about that problem and if so, when can we expect a resolution. I feel that we are not receiving the full benefit of our membership $$'s if we are unable to use our mobile devices.
I very rarely use my laptop to watch the show. this is NOT FUN!

Alex has a comment under today's new show that they are aware of the problem and are working on it as hard as possible. Hope they fix it quickly for you all. Cheers.

I've been playing catch up on recent shows for 2016 and noticed people saying there's been a problem playing on their devices and I agree that's disappointing. I usually watch on computer I have next to my sewing machine and just noticed today I can't get any shows to play from 1608 on??? Some error message, try later etc. Whats going on? I do hope this issue is being worked on. First the "blogs" were eliminated and not brought back and now I cant even play the shows.
