Trouble watching TQS show on Galaxy 3 pad

My problem is the TQS Show video plays sound but no picture on my wee Pad- what is wrong? It is so frustrating
I tried to Google to find a cure but alas cannot solve the problem
Second problem is I can play Guess the pattern game on my wee pad (pretty useless due to the size) but cannot play the game on my desk computer! which I used to be able to do and improve my memory.
Why do computers etc throw us such problems to solve- the time it takes me :woohoo: :evil:

TQS has a member that is having issues increasing the size of our shows while watching on her Samsung Galaxy 5. She would like to know how to make the screen larger as currently she can only watch a 2" show?
Does anyone out here know how to increase the screen size so she may watch our shows with a larger view?

I haven't been able to watch the show videos since upgrading to Windows 10 on my laptop - either with internet explorer or . Microsoft edge. As suggested I tried another web browser = Google Chrome = but that hasn't worked. Sometimes I can hear the sound and sometimes not. Any suggestions on what to try next?
