Smilebox and Safari

Does anyone else who uses Safari have problems with playing the Smilebox slideshows. I just get a blank screen and have to load up Firefox to watch them which also means signing in again :angry: This is not the result of the new website, it has been going on for a long time now.

Hi Maggie, I'm using a Mac and Safari, and I haven't had any problems with the Smileboxes so far. Have you upgraded Safari recently?

Thanks Robin. I'm using Safari 8.0. I'll check that there's nothing in my preferences that is blocking it.

Maggi, no problems with smilebox or videos on my iPad with safari. Good luck. Janet

Is the Smilebox working better for you?
I have a Mac and use both Firefox and Safari (version 8.0).
I had problems with the Smilebox after the new TQS website conversion. The music would play, and the numbers of the frames would change at the bottom of the screen, but the screen was black. No pictures.
The Smilebox is working for me now. Don't if it is because it is 8:30 Sunday morning here on the East Coast and no one else in the house is using the network yet. Or maybe it is because I updated my Mac to OS X Yosemite a few days ago.

Thanks for all the helpful comments. Smile box is still not working for me but Safari is behaving very badly at the moment anyway. :angry:
