Average? I don't think so! Beautiful grandchildren Lorchen. And if there is to be any teasing in La Veta I would bet that it will be the other way around.
I have to agree with Rita on this one!

Lorchen I also had the problem of nothing happening when I accepted my friends and then all of a sudden they were on my profile in the friends box. Don't know what I did but glad I have friends.

        Hi Lorchen,
Gorgeous photo's and glad you are enjoying your new job.
If you have any problems with the new website your granddaughters could probably help.
I had problems with the getting photo's on the old site goodness knows how I will manage with the new one.

I found that my picture were easier to transfer on the new site (of course that may just be what computer you are using but I don't think so).

Lorchen, your granddaughters get more and more beautiful every day! I'm glad the new job has taken away all of that stress. It's so bad for your health! I think the only problem with accepting a friend is that the pop-up doesn't go away on it's own. It's worked for me every time if I just close the box myself and assume it's okay. In a few seconds, the new friend pops up!

I don't know what the advantage of friending is, but right now it makes it easy for me to find the profile pages of the people I know. You can also set up permissions for things like photo albums so that just your friends can see the contents. Groups have me a bit baffled, but it might be an easy way to send a message to a specific group of people. I'm sure this will all become clearer as the functionality on the Web site is fixed and as we play with it more.

Wow! Lorchen, congratulations on your retirement and new job!!! Sounds like an ideal situation!! And I'm envious about your upcoming retreat in LaVeta. It's on my list for some day …. The photo of the group of you must have been in Birmingham. I recognize Pam Day and you, but not the others.

It's warm but soggy in Derbyshire could be worse. Roll on spring

Hi all, well Miss Lorchen, I signed up for the May retreat and guess what IT'S FULL!!! In fact all the retreats in 2015 are full so I am thinking of 2016. I may just have to drive down to have dinner with you girls anyway for a couple of hours. How great would that been to meet you girls. The pictures are great of the grandkids.

For some reason I am struggling with this new site and I usually pick it up pretty fast, old age, I guess.

                              Hugs from Colorado, Sharon
