Using the slider bar on the TQS shows

I am posting this here to give a place for this conversation to continue with a more appropriate heading. The conversation thread morphed from the original title of "Disappointed" where someone was venting about the presence of commercials in the TQS shows. Please let's let that thread fade away by switching the conversation to this thread!

I've been staying away from watching shows because I can't seem to get to different chapters, but I don't always have time to watch a whole show at one time. Has anyone figured out how to jump to different chapters in the show? When the new site first launched, I couldn't do it, then after a while, I found that if I dragged and held the slider, it would work, though then it was a pain to figure out exactly where the chapter started. Now, I can't get that to work either, so I'm frustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions? For what it's worth, I'm using a Mac.

I just tried using the slide bar on a show video and it worked fine. I'm on a PC. Can you try using a different web browser? Sometimes I find switching to Google Chrome works better for some things than Internet Explorer. I don't know what your options are with a Mac.

By the way, when you do a search for topics on the shows, the right hand column will show you the time that part of the video starts and then you can use the slide bar to go there.

It would be nice to have the chapters back so you can just click to go to the appropriate chapter. That was a wonderful feature!

Thank you, Kathy. I haven't used Google Chrome much (I use Safari on my Mac), but I just tried it and was able to click on the chapter and it jumped right there! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: I'm a happy camper!
