Unable to Change Avatar

I have lurked these forums for some time and just recently began posting - is there a minimum number of posts or some other requirement before you are allowed to change your avatar? It says the function has been disabled for my account - I know some boards have these rules in place before you can personalize your settings and I must admit, I am a reader more than a chatter on this board in particular.

Just went thru this...have to use the regular profile on your acct....clk" MyAccount" on the purple bar,
then clk" My Profile " .....follow prompts .

I can't figure out how to modify the background banner on my profile. I have clicked the modify button but nothing happens. Also I have a very funny quilt video I would like to share but can't figure that out either. Any help would be more then welcome.

You might have been a member for years, but under your avatar it shows that you have only made 17 posts, it is probably referring to this. It would be more accurate to refer to you as a 'quiet member'.
Don't think that that the 'modifying banner's' section is working yet.
